What a joke... Wacom say they have paid the custom fees for the UK, UPS say they have not so every time they try to deliver they will not hand the tablet over as customer fees are outstanding. I have spoken to Wacom and UPS. UPS say their system shows it has not been paid, Wacom say ‘our system tells us that we will pay it’. Meantime I’m short of money and no product!!! Still waiting for Wacom to resolve it! Please Wacom pick up the phone to UPS and resolve this.

Fell on the same trap as the other user Paul. Only worse. I had to return my tablet and it got stopped in customs for 3 weeks. I contacted customer support and they assured me I had nothing to worry about.
One morning I open the door to my flat and find a familiar parcel. The returned tablet. UPS must've dropped the parcel outside my front door without even contacting me or ringing the bell. Anyone could've picked up/stolen the tablet.
I contacted customer support again via chat and the person mocked me and used sarcasm, saying things like "blame the game not the player" He then said they're not allowed to send emails with the transcription of the chat, challenging me to copy and paste every single message just to have a record of the conversation -which I did-
I called them the next day and they said they'll escalate the issue with a manager. It's been 2 and a half weeks and got no response whatsoever.
I had to return the tablet because I lost my job. I needed the money and this heartless, hypocrite multimillion company has now completely ghosted me, while they're busy posting on Instagram and Twitter about how much they support the artist community. Unbelievable.

Eco Initiatives?! Not really!

I understand they have to make new products, so they don't update old tablets. But funny that they support sustainability (see the link on the website: eco-initiatives.
I have an old tablet that works fine and that I can throw away only because the drivers don't support this one anymore. Wacoms advise: use windows (I have an apple) or use an old Mac (haha buy and old computer only to make the drivers works) or buy a new product.
Great businessmodel for them, but not for me as a client and for the environment. Take an example at Patagonia Wacom. Thanks for forcing me to buy a new product.

This device is very bad

This device is very bad. do not buy it. waste money.
One is that it responds very slowly, even connected to laptop by cable.
Second is that it does not work for drawing a curve.

Expensively Unproductive

Have been on wacom for a decade now,
constant software issues, on Windows as on macOS.
Regular days and weeks where I can't use the Cintiq, have to wait for next soft Update release or eventual support at least.
Unfunctionnal, expensive products.
Getting efficient support: nearly impossible
Periodic lost of personnal settings on all devices, backups not working.
Have to reconfigurate everything several times a year.
STOP bying wacom products, really.
Fairly unproductive.

Trying to contact Wacom is hard work.

I purchased a Wacom product on line but prior to that I tried to get information from them in order to help me decide which item to buy. They were very poor in giving me feed back and on Twitter they didn’t even reply.
I continued and ordered and they sent me an email which should allow me to track with UPS but it doesn’t work. Instead I get an “Opps” message. Apparently the info is out of date. So I’ve been trying to contact them using their web site. It is very complicated and took me around in circles. When I did eventually find the correct page it told me they were closed.
I hope the product is better than their customer support which in my experience is rubbish.

Change for better

Two years ago, when I had to buy a Wacom product, it was a disaster. I had many problems and spent around two months on calls that cost me around 100 Euro, and almost every aspect besides ordered Cintiq was terrible.
Now I had a different experience.  Everything was almost perfect. I had a slight problem with the website, but it was solved in minutes by a fast phone call to support. The service, delivery time, and product are perfect. Maybe I was unlucky earlier or lucky now, but this time transaction was a great experience.

Wacom stresses me out and I don't trust they care. I will be changing companies for future product purchases

I used to use a Wacom intuos small for several years on a PC unit, and a bamboo fun for several years before that, also on a different PC unit. I currently have used Cintiq 24 products for the past 3 years
My intuos small is about 7 years old now (2014-2021) and still works, but I had to replace the connection wire about 3-4 years in since the wacom-provided one died from frayed wires. This is the same way my Bamboo fun (which only lasted about 4 years) died as well. There were greater issues with these tablet drivers however, which I will address later.
I had also purchased the wireless accessory set for the Intuos small (2014ish), which only got about 2 days worth of use before I quickly learned it was extremely unreliable. Whenever I would try to connect wirelessly it would forfeit any pen pressure and render the entire product as an over glorified mouse pad. The only way I could get the pen pressure to turn back on was by re-installing the driver and resetting my computer...which leads me into my greatest qualm with Wacom:
Both tablets, the Intuos and the Bamboo, would regularly just stop working. Particularly when I would shut down the computer. The only solution to get them to work again was to re-download and re-install the drivers for the tablets.
After several years of dealing with this problem I finally contacted Wacom customer service, which was also a difficult number to find.
(I digress, but their website seems to work only half the time too. Recently, whenever I send links to products or help forums from their site to coworkers, the links half the time show up as "webpage unavailable" etc. But then you google it and refresh the google search just once and suddenly it works again.)
When I finally found a customer service number to call, I had a brief conversation with a customer rep and explained my problem to them. The abbreviated answer was literally just "Oh, that's because sometimes Wacom software is not compatible with Windows OS." I asked them if there was anything they were doing about that and got a rather lackluster response that basically summed up to "no."
Considering that Windows OS is one of the two most common operating systems, it is ridiculous for a company of this scale to not build compatible software. A significant portion of their customer base probably uses PCs or other systems. Not everyone uses mac products.
Since then I have had the opportunity to use some of their cintiq products. My current experience with the Cintiq 24 is mostly positive, however there are significant things that continue to lower my perception of Wacom products.
1. my pen tip (not the nib, but the actual pen) is crumbling. I have not used this pen any differently than any other wacom pen up to this point.
2. If I bump or shake my work surface/table too much the entire display fritzes out before dying. It is a quick fix by just pressing the power button again, but still--is it a loose wire? My setup is too difficult to just casually lift up the massive tablet and check the wires.
3. The fan is very loud and persistent.
4. I genuinely don't know if this is a program issue or an actual Wacom issue...Photoshop is the primary program I use on my cintiq. For the past several months the pen has been lagging significantly and jumping around, making it difficult and stressful to draw a simple line. I will start the line and the tablet will not register it until I am already a few centimeters into it. Or, I will start a line and it will just skip out in the middle of the stroke leaving a large gap between my line's beginning and end. It drives me crazy. I have searched for several different fixes from an adobe product standpoint, as well as updating the tablet driver itself, but the problem persists.
In conclusion...I have been using Wacom for the last 10+ years mainly because they have been the only reliable players in the industry. But other companies like Huion and XPpen are reportedly producing comparable product at a much more affordable price. (I feel like at this point, you're paying more for Wacom's brand name than anything else with their largely inflated prices).
When the time comes for me to invest in a new work station, I will likely be diverting my attention to those other companies. Wacom stresses me out too often and I don't trust that they care.

**** DO NOT BUY FROM WACOM IF YOU ARE IN THE UK ******
Wacom will not refund me for a tablet their courier never delivered. UPS are holding the tablet in the UK waiting for Wacom to respond to the question 'what do we do this' . Wacom will not refund me until they receive the item from their own courier. Wacom say 'it's nothing to do with us 'our terms and conditions yadda yadda'
*** IF THAT SOUNDS INSANE TO YOU, WELL DON'T BE THE NEXT TO GET CAUGHT IN THIS SCAM *****

************AVOID WACOM COMPLETELY**************
Never received tablet ordered one month ago.
UPS say they are waiting on instructions from wacom - wacom say that they are waiting on UPS and will not refund until tablet is in their warehouse.
Looks like tablet is stuck in a warehouse and meanwhile I have been ripped off.
Emails back and forth and cases opened and yes yes promises but no results.
Along with many others on this website i would strongly advise everyone to :
********* AVOID WACOM COMPLETELY ********

Wacom really can not keep up with their support. Had problems on several occasions. I really did not want to give a bad review. Because I thought they would improve over years. So I end up not being able to finish my work. There is never anything wrong with the board itself. But it is easier just to accept that Wacom is not compatible with Mac
